Santo Associates has successfully completed projects ranging in size from the design of small residential on-site sewage disposal systems to the development of large cluster housing and commercial/industrial sites. We have assisted our municipal clients on meeting water supply and distribution needs and on resolving wastewater treatment system problems. Santo Associates' engineering personnel have also been called upon for expert witness testimony. The design experience of our associates ranges from complete building design to tenant renovations and upgrading. Our multi-disciplined capability allows coordination of all phases of a project through one office.

In providing these services, Santo Associates personnel have had routine contact with regulating agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the State and Local Department of Health, the State Department of Environmental Conservation and Local Planning/Zoning Boards. The effective interface, which has been achieved with these agencies, has often proved instrumental in the successful and timely completion of a project.
